Stone Age OS 1.0 Quiz

Which Stone Age pattern activates especially quickly in you?

By mask, we mean a person’s visible facial expression. A face may look warm, cold, hard, confident, hurt or calm. The mask does not have to be played or false.

A facial expression can trigger a reaction in your body before you know what it means. We use memorable roles: Hera represents rapid alarm around the amygdala. Zeus represents conscious judgement in the frontoparietal brain network. Hermes represents fact-checking in parts of the prefrontal cortex – yet is often ignored. Together, they form the inner Olympus in your cockpit.

The signal test shows which mask triggers your alarm most quickly, where the same old pattern then takes over your thinking, body or actions, and what your change dynamics look like: what helps you begin and what holds you back. You do not receive a diagnosis. You receive a clear starting point.

We use the gods as memorable images. Concrete roles are quick to understand and remember, much as children learn new connections through characters. Every reaction, however, arises from several brain regions and brain networks working together. No single god corresponds to just one part of the brain.
